We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or suitability of any suggested venues, activities, or experiences. Always verify details independently before making plans.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Yumi, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Yumi and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yumi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated suggestions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
